Question by Accidentally.In.Appreciate: What to bring on a school indoor camping trip?
I’m going on a Leadership Indoor Camping Trip with my college subsequent week, and they didn’t give us a list of details to bring. I know that it is classified as “Indoor camping” for the reason that we will be staying in bunks and there are indoor bathrooms. What do you bring when you go camping with school?

I would denfily would want to bring a change of clothing, and perhaps some snacks as extended as your school approves of them. Can’t forget the s’mores, but considering that you are staying inside of the college, and in less they have a fire ring outdoors of the school, and in much less they let you go outside, I don’t know how you will be ready to roast the marshallows. I bet that you wouldn’t want to bring a tent, but maybe sleeping bag. But maybe if I had been you, I would inquire the particular person that is charge of this indoor camping trip, tips of what to bring. But perhaps some books, or music if you get bored.

Technically, if you’re sleeping indoors, in beds, it might be called “camp” as in summer camp, but it isn’t camping as in a tent.
For that sort of thing I wouldn’t bring anything more than for a sleepover at a friends’ or a hotel vacation. Just bring changes of clothes, extra shoes, pajamas, sleeping bag, pillow, hygiene products, shower kit, laundry bag, bath towel, hand towels, shower sandals…
If you’ll be doing any sports, physical games, sightseeing, or other outdoor activities be sure to bring clothes and shoes you can play in, along with a hat and sunscreen.
Can opener, bread, mayo and Tuna fish,or bread and peanut butter and jam, clothes and a gallon of water or Coolaid.Mabey a jacket and Lysol cause toilets are filled with bactieria, tissues and napkins, and your set.
Well, that’s two different questions. As to the second, the key may be, for all sorts of reasons, to give them an experience that is easy. The more beautiful the views, the better. There are few thrills higher than turning pubescences onto the woods.
i think thats great and you will have plenty of memories of your own after this trip. I just always enjoyed cooking on the fire, the smell of firewood burning, the fresh air blowing in my tent window. WOOHOO i am going camping next weekend.
My most vivid memory is when a friend and I were drinking coffee next to our campfire after breakfast on a wilderness lake, and we watched a cow moose and calf swim across the lake and come up on shore about 50 yds away. My buddy said “Now that you don’t see at home.” We see lots of moose, but that time is special to me.
one is one night about midnight I had a coyote run through camp and actually jumped over me and my camp fire!!!! the scary part was I never heard a sound….he could have had me if he wanted to.! I was sitting on the ground by the fire.
The other one is once I was setting by a camp fire about mid-night , and it was so quiet and all of the sudden a wolf cryed out about 25 yrds away……way scary!!!!!
Another time I was fishing high in the mountains and sitting between two boulders along a river….out of the corner of my eye was this big brown thing above me ….I was freaked out but wanted to know what it was….so slowly I turned my head to look and it only turned out to be a mink on the rock above me……..once while crossing a log between two lakes a weasil came out to meet me half way and stood on his hind legs and challenged me…. he actually growled !!..after a short dicussion the weasil turned and allowed me to cross!
