Depends on what kind of camping you are doing. If you are going car camping (pull the car up to the site),then your options are greater. Also, do you eat dairy or eggs?
If you eat dairy, I like making cheese quesadillas by taking two flour tortilla wraps and put cheese and other stuff between them (could be roasted peppers, sun dried tomatoes, crumbled boca burgers….etc). Wrap them in foil and put them on a grill grate for a few minutes on each side.
You could also grill some veggie patties on the grill when your friends are doing burgers.
I like bringing lots of fruit (bananas and grapes are great). Trail mix is a good choice for snacking. Popcorn (jiffy pop if you don’t want to bother with clean up).
I always bring a container of pre-made pancakes and cook them on a griddle. But if you do not have a camp stove (just a fire place), I would not bother. Eggs (if you eat them?)
Premade salads like potato, lentil, wheat berry, rice, macaroni are always great because they are easy.
You could bring veggie burgers/dogs and make sure you cook your food first.
You can get packets of peanut butter and spread them on toast, bread, or crackers. A bagel with peanut butter and sliced banana is pretty filling in a pinch.
Bring trail mixes of nuts and fruits.
Bring energy bars, such as Luna or Clif Bars.
Bring packets of oatmeal that you can make with boiling water. There are also vegan soup cups you can bring that only require boiling water.
Sweet and Sara makes vegan marshmallows for toasting (or you can save yourself the hassle and just get pre-made s’mores, which are just truly awesome).
Have fun!

Fruits! bannanas, apples, peaches, ect
vegetables like Carrots,cucumbers, tomatoes ect
a container of nuts – nsalted is healthier and make sure no gelatin of course.
SANDWITCHES
Peanut butter/jelly and bread
lettice tomatoes cheese ect. – sandwitches are always good (mustard may not be vegetarian)
potatoe chips/pretzels ect
soup (kind with tabs so you dont need a can opener or bring a hand held)
if you are bringing freezers and stove you can always bring vegetarian burgers also. and with a stove you can make eggs pancakes anything.
depending on what you like to eat just make sure you can keep it cold if it needs and will be able to prepare it. otherwise just buy like you would for your own house.
and in case you dont know marshmellows are made with gelatin too depending on how strict you are I know I cannot eat them (gelatin is boiled bones skin and tissue) figured i should warn you since alot of people make smores, chocolate and gramn crackers are still good though.
Truth or dare?
Nickle & dime poker, bluffing is fun.
